The engine light was still on when I was told that the Equinox was ready to be picked up Levi immediately drive it into garage where he discovered that there were 2 items that needed repair and that one had to be ordered. A long drive from Wellton after I was told it was ready to be picked up. Levi was kind enough to find me a loaner car
No problems with help from Michelle. The reason I took my vehicle in for service was not fixed as the same problem I took it in for happened on my way home. I was told they could not recreate the issue. Not happy what so ever.

The person taking care of me should when I come back to pick up the vehicle go thru with me on what was done and what services are recommended and why I did not see my service rider at all when I return to pick up the vehicle I was called about air filters but not the other services recommended in the paperwork that was given to me. Customer service and attention to detail is of the outmost importance to keep customers happy also who ever does your car washes does a lousy job
