We had a complicated situation with my vehicle. I had a lot of interaction with Levi. I was going to only say good things about his professionalism as I knew the issues were above his responsibility. I made a point to let him know I was not unhappy with him, just the situation. Overall, he did a good job. However, after having my car at the dealership for over two months he was asked to get it washed before I took it by the service manager. As I left to pay evidently, he talked **** about me with another employee and said I was an **** especially since they are getting my car washed. Not exactly the best way to end our transaction.
No problem with Michelle, however I have never paid for an oil change prior to this time, regardless if the service was done at a Cadillac dealership or any GM dealership. I have a premier warranty that includes oil changes and I am financed through GM Financial which also covers oil changes. I did bring this up with the cashier and the service rep there when I picked up the vehicle and was told Cadillac had pulled some agreement with Fisher. I called Cadillac and they verified that I should not have been charged. Cadillac started a Ticket on this and was escalating to next level. Thanks David
First I had to call about my part that was ordered almost 2 and a half weeks ago. Then I dropped off my car and wrote to check the tire pressure and that wasn’t done. When I came to pick up my car after hours my car was in the back and not where the said it would be.
