In the past when we took the car in for an oil change tires were rotated free of charg÷ but this time on our new vehicle we were charged $17.+. Will we always have to pay to have tires rotated..plus the car was not washed like it use to be with our other car.

Well it's very disconcerting showing up for an appointment and being told oh I'm sorry website doesn't work you're not on the schedule... either fix the website or shut it down...? I'm not a snowbird, I have appointments and a schedule to keep and now I'm trying to accommodate being "fit " for my oil change, by changing a couple appointments And to have the Service manager comment when you tell him this is the first time you’ve set up an appointment over the Internet “well you should have learned after the first time”. I Found that incredibly rude makes me not wanna come back

Patty Meza is a real asset for Fisher Company that She meets the customer and goes out of the way way meet their needs. I had urgent problem arise arise while my car was being repaired Miss Meza Meza quickly made transport needs for me to to get to the doctor 's office where my Pet was critical She even remained at your facility til I returned Thx Richard B
