Allen was very nice, very professional. However. I had the tires rotated and specially asked that the pressure be checked before returning the car. On the way home I got 4 different readings: 31, 32 34 and 35. Either nobody checked or there is something seriously wrong with the sensors. I left a message with Allen but did not hear back.
Allen did a nice job and was friendly. My vehicle still isn't fixed.

Although Mr. Bill was awesome and always professional with me and my wife. I'd give him a 9 out of 10 for sure. However my wife upon receiving the car took it to a car wash and noticed several scratches on the top part of the car in the rear and on the passenger side quarter panel. Instead of doing what they could to help they had my wife drive all the way there again just to say they have cameras and don't need to take pictures. Then upon further review there are comments about this dealership having super tight parking and to check the car before leaving bc several customers have received their cars with damage. I guess 'they're old scratches' hasn't been the first time using this to not take responsibility of damaging people's vehicles.
Zach is always attentive and personable. I am very comfortable leaving my vehicle with him.

I'm really pleased with the service provided by service advisor David Greathouse. His knowledge and expertise exceeds all expectations. No matter what the issue is, Dave can always be counted on to troubleshoot the issue on the spot and have a mechanic check out the problem. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. It is hard to find a really good service advisor with someone that has David's skills and who truly cares about the customer. I will remain a Rancho as a customer for life, including purchase of a vehicle in the future as well.
You guys are night and day from the one in La Mesa. I stopped going to dodge service because of the horrible customer I received at the La Mesa Dodge service but this service at this on was great. Dave was very helpful and having the shuttle was so convienent. I also really liked the emails with updates and the service information. Thank you for the great service.
