I always wholeheartedly entrust the care and service of my vehicle to David Greathouse, my service advisor, since the beginning of purchasing my car. I have complete confidence in David's ability to service my 2015 Chrysler 300. David never overlooks the details. He is always very thorough, and explains technical information and terms that are easy to understand, takes the time and initiative in ensuring my vehicle is safe to drive, coordinates transportation as needed, keeps me informed as to the status of my vehicle, sets up future appointments, provides prompt and accurate estimates, and always makes time for my concerns. David is always very courteous and professional. I will recommend family and friends to bring their car to Chrysler Rancho for their servicing needs. I was greeted promptly and my service needs addressed. The waiting area was clean and had coffee and water, wifi, and local news on. The timeline I was given upon checking in was exactly how long the whole service process took. They did a complete assessment of my vehicle, washed it, and I was in my way. Quick and convenient.

Problem not fixed. When I called to notify the dealership they said that they would let Allen know and he would call me within the hour. That was weeks ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. The vehicle I leased from you has had multiple issues and it's barely two years old. Now your service is bad on top of it. Frustrating.

I strongly feel that the cause of my AC unit not working adequately is due to the a service that was provided on my AC unit in April. Your staff told me that was not the case after testing it today so I accepted that. Shortly after leaving the facility after months of only my driver side AC working adequately my driver side AC started fluctuating flow with out me adjusting it. I called back to the dealership about this and they said they only did a diagnostic check. Something doesn't feel right about this entire interaction. I'm considering writing a formal complaint.

Zach was great. He provided a very accurate timetable and cost estimate for my repairs. He kept me updated throughout the process via text message, which was nice because it is tough to answer my cellphone at work during the day. Great job Zach!

My family and I always have our vehicles serviced at Rancho because of Dave. We followed him from Poway Jeep to Rancho. He has our complete trust. Today, sent an e-mail to Rancho's GM that was very complimentary of Dave.
