I was greeted promptly and my service needs addressed. The waiting area was clean and had coffee and water, wifi, and local news on. The timeline I was given upon checking in was exactly how long the whole service process took. They did a complete assessment of my vehicle, washed it, and I was in my way. Quick and convenient.
Problem not fixed. When I called to notify the dealership they said that they would let Allen know and he would call me within the hour. That was weeks ago and I still haven't heard from anyone. The vehicle I leased from you has had multiple issues and it's barely two years old. Now your service is bad on top of it. Frustrating.

I strongly feel that the cause of my AC unit not working adequately is due to the a service that was provided on my AC unit in April. Your staff told me that was not the case after testing it today so I accepted that. Shortly after leaving the facility after months of only my driver side AC working adequately my driver side AC started fluctuating flow with out me adjusting it. I called back to the dealership about this and they said they only did a diagnostic check. Something doesn't feel right about this entire interaction. I'm considering writing a formal complaint.
