brought in for technical bulletin service - reflash of A/C ECM and oil/filter change. I guess I should be happy that the oil change was done. One out of two successes is better than baseball.

Despite confirming my telephone number with the office before leaving, the office managed to send all of their update-related text messages to the wrong number - that of my boyfriend who was nice enough to drop my car off once over a year ago. This is the second time this has happened; I was especially sure to confirm my phone number this time as a result, but the issue still arose. Otherwise was very happy with the service

What do you not understand about having a scheduled appointment. Troy did his best but I had to change my plans so that I could make my initial appointment. They could not fix my car secondary to not having a tech to do the work. Not my fault. Had to then come in the following week.Really, what kind of business do you run. If you were a restaurant you certainly wouldn't get an A rating. You would be closed down!
