I am only trying to help here. But clearly the condition of my wiper blades was not checked during my multi point inspection. But I have documentation that says it was done. So if that wasnt checked I can only extrapolate to think what else wasn't checked. I emailed the evidence to the service manager. That is what i experienced with my visit today. I will say that getting me serviced in an hour was much appreciated.
William was very accommodating and he communicated with me through out my entire service experience. He was very informative and helpful I appreciated the updates and the excellent customer service.
