I am only trying to help here. But clearly the condition of my wiper blades was not checked during my multi point inspection. But I have documentation that says it was done. So if that wasnt checked I can only extrapolate to think what else wasn't checked. I emailed the evidence to the service manager. That is what i experienced with my visit today. I will say that getting me serviced in an hour was much appreciated.

Your agreement with Hertz to provide a loaner needs to be evaluated. They have horrible customer service skills. I have had much better experiences when I dealt with enterprise car rental. The people at Hertz are rude and they forget customer bis first.
