Troy was great. My issues were resolved on the dealer level more than satisfactory. Troy was very helpful and was always letting me know the status of my vehicle and the pending requesting to the manufacturer. Rancho/ Troy has earned my business. Thank you

David Greathouse was very efficient and helpful during my service visit. I bought the Rubicon from Rancho and have always gotten it serviced from Rancho. I usually try to get an appt with David Greathouse. He is quite knowledgeable and takes care of service requests effectively. I appreciate it that he always checks previous work done on the Rubicon as part of the service. Keep up the good work Dave! Donna and Arun

For 11 months I had been trying to schedule a required recall problem With my vehicle. When the part was supposedly in we scheduled an Appointment for 7:30AM. I was told the work would not take long. We added an oil change which also was supposed to Also be quick. I waited For a phone call which was promised as soon as the car was done. I waited all day with no call. Today I asked why no call. I was told they hadn't gotten the proper recall part but that it would be FedExed today. The previous day I received no update! Other problems were identified with the car which I authorized. When in late afternoon I finally received word that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. I paid the bill and was told the car would be brought out. After waiting about 20 minutes I went back in to see what went wrong. It turned out that the vehicle was not really ready yet. After about twenty minutes more the vehicle finally arrived. The customer care provided by Marcos Fernandez was terrible! I don't wish to spend further time discussing this problem with anyone beyond this message.

Wyatt who initially was "helping" me, had horrible customer service, so much so that I almost left to go somewhere else. Thankfully Marcos was there and was able to provide me excellent customer service. He saved a customer! Thank you Marcos.

I thought Troy was a good example of showing what great customer service should be this past week when I had my car in for multiple repairs. He also showed honesty and ownership of a defective replacement part and took steps to see that I got a rental and was on my way quickly. He made a long experience not quite as bad as it could've been. Kudos to Troy!!

Marcos was great, all the work was done etc. My only complaint is what I reserved online was not what I got at the dealer. I reserved a 20k service which shows a $125.00 cost and included filling my DEF tank. DEF was not filled and it was more than $125.00. And yes I understand the tax part but it was initially more and no DEF. Not that big of a deal but might want to educate your team what you're selling on the website.
