Time it took to fix the problem was way to long in my opinion 28 days. It's clear that you are in need of skilled technicians that can share the work load. Having daily phone calls was great but I think you should also have detailed email communication so terms and issues are in writing and easy to reference. The PO's to the rental car company got lost in transit or never updated in which case I was being charged for the rental car Rancho was covering. I could also blame the rental place for not checking with Rancho before charging me. Overall I trust your dealership and the service department.

A little long to get an oil change and tire rotation, 2.5 hours on one car and 3 on the other. But otherwise the service was great.
