If that's what you consider express oil change you really need to re look at things! I had an 845am appt and didn't leave till 10:30am! I even told them not to do the tire rotation yet they still did! Which put my balder tires in the rear! I talk to a manager who then never came back to talk to me again after talking to his person! I have now done 4 oil changes and I never waited longer then 30-45 min for my express oil change!

No issues with the girl that answered the phone and took my service appointment. She was very nice on the phone. No issues with Marcos when he wrote up my vehicle when I dropped it off. He was very courteous. No issues with how quickly my vehicle was ready for pick up as it was completed within the two hour time frame I was originally quoted. My issue is with how long it took to get my vehicle after I paid for it.....26 minutes passed from the time I signed my credit card receipt to the time I got inside my vehicle. When I paid for my service, the service adviser (not Marcos) called on the radio for my vehicle to be pulled up. I went outside and waited patiently. After 15 minutes, I went inside and asked for them to check on it. Marcos asked one of the valet guys to go get my #. I went back outside. After 5 minutes, a nicely dressed manager guy of some sort asked if they were getting my vehicle as he noticed I had been waiting awhile. I told him they were supposedly working on it. Another 6 minutes later, my vehicle pulled up with a smudge of oil on the passenger side door. The nicely dressed guy had someone wipe it off with a rag. 26 minutes is far too long to wait for my vehicle after I had paid for it.

Zach, our service writer, Always does a stellar job and continued to go above and beyond. The issue I have is with the last service writer who looked at the vehicle, dismissed the problems despite it having a history of the similar issues; it has been in the service center for approximately 3 weeks in the past due to an unknown electrical issue and is currently unresolved. In addition to not following through with the service ( the other writer, not Zach) pretended to schedule an appointment and disnt even do so, leaving us greatly inconvenienced.
