I can have an oil change , filter , and fuel filter change at jiffy libecin less than an hour. , you guys charged three, that will tell you if i will return for any service thats not ubder warranty

Zachary was prompt and polite while admitting my car for service. His call that was vehicle was ready when the work was done was appreciated. My car was parked and ready to drive off when I got there. This particular service appointment was the best I've experienced at Rancho jeep to date. Thank you very much.

It was a little confusing getting a shuttle. A more helpful experience there would be great.
I had my Jeep towed in yesterday after noon. Billy said they were very busy but he would try to have someone look at it today. He called me Friday morning on repairs needed. I'm very satisfied with the time frame this project was done. Billy did a great job. Best customer service I have since in a long time.

My truck was damaged from a collision while being serviced and the damage has yet to be repaired over a month later. The communication with the service dept since the incident the has been poor. I have had to reach out for updates and deal with the insurance company myself. Zack has continued to tell me it is out of his hands. I’ve made at least 4 additional trips to rancho and numerous calls to rancho as well as mercury insurance through this ordeal.
I would expect a Ram dealer would have a higher regard for the property they are entrusted with and to make a priority any damage to such property would be corrected ASAP.
