After going home, I noticed some scuff marks on the hood of the vehicle. It seems someone put something on the hood when they were working on the car. I used rubbing compound to clean the area and noticed small dents on the hood. I hope someone can go back and see on the workshop cam to confirm and see what was placed on the hood. My vehicle was taken to the shop at 8:40AM and collected around 10:30AM on Saturday 10/07/2017. Very disappointed.

Service was quite good. Troy Miller did the best he could with a very bad situation - a high dollar, bad product. My 1500 EcoDiesel has been in/out of multiple dealerships for multiple problems. This last one was really bad, forcing it to be in Rancho's shop for a month. Troy was exceptional through the whole mess - very pleasant and accommodating. Your sales dept, however, ****. I tried to trade it in upon getting it out of the Rancho service depot and a I told a sales manager what had happened throughout the life of my vehicle - basically, that it was a poor product, that I wanted to trade in and give Ram another shot at purchase - this is my 3rd Ram in 15 years. I asked him if he would attempt to make the situation right to keep me as a Ram customer and he said he would do all he could. Then he appraised my truck for $3,500 under KBB wholesale. He told me there was "no wiggle room" for trade-ins. I promptly left the sales department and indicated that I would never buy another
Ram/FCA product again. That evening, I received a call from separate Ramcho salesman saying that he was authorized to offer me $1,500 over wholesale. I would tell you that getting kicked in the teeth by having bought a poor product was enough. Having a slimy sales team kick me in the junk at the same time - COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!! Never again will I buy another FCA product, much less buy it from Rancho. Btw, bought a $71,000 Chevy this week and the Ram is going to CARMAX this weekend. Troy Miller, in service, was great.

Everything went smoothly. Allen was accommodating and nice to work with.
My last transaction was regarding the change in the ignition key. I was not informed that I would loose my alarm and that the replacement will need me to lock and unlock every door. I am still awaiting an explanation from Allen Bendix.
