A 2-hour service took 6 hours because the location didn't have the part from the service special despite I made the appointment days ago. Car was eventually brought out dirty (valet couldn't find it for a few minutes) which was disappointing since it had to have sat there doing nothing for 4 hours. I also arrived with the gas very low because Marcos said he would top it off for free if I left a positive yelp review (which I had done). It was returned to me with the gas light on and almost completely empty that my first stop ended up being a gas station.

My tires don't appear to have been rotated and the tire pressures were not set to 35 psi as stated in the work order. Additionally, no reminder sticker was put in the vehicle.

Apparently the service team installing my new tires made some mistakes which turned my 2 hour wait time into 3.5 hours, and I did not receive the car wash I had been promised. Dave Greathouse is pleasant to work with and it seems the delay was not his doing. Had I know the service would take so long I would have not waited at the dealership the whole time.

I made an appointment to bring in my Jeep Compass for a recall replacement. The service department knew the make and model of my vehicle before I arrived, yet still had me come in when the parts needed to be ordered. I was a little irritated that I had to miss work, and will still need to come in when the parts are available. Allen was warm and kind, but the estimate that I received for "recommended" work seemed exorbitant! $55 to replace my front and back windshield wiper blades? I agree that my jeep is in need of service, but I am certain that there are other establishments that can handle the types of repairs listed on my estimate for a lot less. Thank you.
