Had Death Woble and the conclusion was a faulty steering dampner is what I was told. They won't let you see what they are doing in the back while doing the inspection. Reason for the damaged steering dampner was because of the death woble that happened and the reason I brought it in. I have a friend who designs and makes the best aftermarket Suspension in the US tell me that it was the Steering Dampner it was a blown bushing on the track bar! But they sent me on my way in a unsafe truck. Someone gets hurt or killed they will have a lawsuit!

The diagnosis about my sunroof was as I expected. The service writer was very helpful.

Please thank the Service Manager for turning a bad situation into a good one. I had purchased 4 oil changes that had a 2 year contract life (which I never received paperwork on). The Service Manager comped my oil change and was very nice. Thank you.

David was great, curious and very professional. I just had a great experience with his service, except when I was trying to leave there were cars in the aisle that space was limited. The only way out was thru the middle lane. There was a service representative that was not David looking at another car in the service area entrance that saw me getting into my car, decided to look at the car in the service area first before letting me drive to get out.
