I was very, very disappointed with you guys. My front passenger door didn’t work right from the first day I bought the car, although I didn’t figure it out for a little while. I talked to different people there at different times about the problem but always either got the run around or no one got back with me, including “K”, the young lady that sold me my 2016 Taurus. When I finally got back this last time Smiley and Ray told me that since I was over the initial warrant I would have to pay 100.00 deductible (extended warranty) to get the problem fixed. Even though I was over 36K miles, especially after trying to get an answer to the problem, I would have thought you guys would have done “the right thing” and not have charged me. It’s obvious Smiley, and especially Ray have no clue about the ‘big picture.’ I’ve bought and usually financed with Ford for the last 25 years, but I’ll never do it again! That’s how upset I am, it was the worst expirrence of my life.

I had this problem since I bought the car in September 2016. I had tried to get it corrected several times in the past 18 months, but nobody would do anything. I even called the young lady that sold me the car and she never even got back with me. I guess my mistake was never getting anything in writing. Anyway I took it in today and they said they could fix it but it would cost me 100.00 deductible for the work since my initial warranty had expired. But the car had the problem from day 1, and I had asked about getting it fixed numerous times. This guy and Ray, the service manager were not very understanding at all. Bottom line, the problem existed from day 1 and I shouldn’t have to pay anything. I’m supposed to go back Thursday to get the work done, if I get charged 1 penny I will never buy a car again and probably not a Ford product period. I have bought and financed from Ford for over 20 years but I will never do it again if they stick me with that 100.00 charge. I’ve never been so upset, I even thought about taking my car back, stop making payments and let them have the car I was so pissed, and I’m stupid enough that I could still do it.

Amanda Folse was wonderful. She kept we informed as to what was happening with my vehicle and she apologized for it taking longer than expected for the repairs. You need more employees like her and Jan Thigpen. He sold me my vehicle 3 years ago and he stopped and chatted while I was waiting.
