Terrance was Great, very helpful! The service tech however, overlooked a broken windshield wiper yet the inspection report reflected no problem. Seeing as this is a safety concern I would expect that to be identified and mitigated.
Makes one wonder if all the other satisfactory comments are true.

Had a blowout in one of our vehicle's tires last night. Terry was very efficient in not only arranging for our service appt to get the tire replaced, but also in get it done promptly in getting us back on the road!

Service tech was kind and curious with interwst in getting me my vehicle that same day.
It was truly a good experience. My appointment was for 7:30 a.m. and I was in the lounge by that time. Michael was wonderful at giving me updates on the progress of what was happening with my car and I was out of there by 8:45 a.m. The lounge is a wonderful place to wait. Thanks so much!

Would have been completely satisfied other than the part required to complete the repair was not in stock and will require me to bring the car in again when part comes in.
