While the gentleman was very nice to me in the service department and so, was your shuttle driver I had a keyless remote start added to the vehicle but I was not quite showing how to use it thank you.. however I read up on it and I'm getting the habit of what it is however there's another piece they gave me that I don't fine I understand how to do it thank you

Not going to review you guys on a site for this time. Came in for the works as usual like i have for three years. The wiper fluid was empty and the speciality orange engine coolant was still on the minimum line. All check off as topped. Sure those were the only two but i stopped looking as to not find more things. Appointment 8am Jacob D

Great service and timely communication. The cost for these (2) minor issues was outrageous and creates a lack of trust with loyal customers. I have purchased multiple vehicles from Don Bohn however, I cannot afford to do business with the Service Department.

How can I be satisfied when the service I came for was not done. It took 6 hours for someone to determine that the wrong part was sent. You had the part since Wednesday and based upon knowing the make and model of my vehicle someone would have opened the box and determined that the part sent did not match the interior of my vehicle instead of having me to waste my entire morning. Now I still have to come back whenever the correct part arrives and hope my appointment means that my vehicle is serviced at the time it is scheduled not 4 hours later!
