The issue I brought the car in for was a reoccurring problem
I don’t think the issue is resolved. I think I will have
to bring the car back in a few months for a replacement
Battery for a third time. Also when I called to get a service
Appointment I indicated I suppected a oil leak and asked
for an inspection on that issue. However there was no indication
on the intake form done on site when my husband brought the car in for repairs. Now I am getting a check oil sensor intermittently.
Amanda did a superior job on helping me service my 2015 Ford Focus. She really listened to my problems when it seemed like no one else would. Veterans Ford and Lamarque Ford both had uninterested employees who I got frustrated with. Amanda at Don Bohn was like a godsend. She also was very attentive about telling me how long it would take to get the car serviced and sent follow-up phone calls and emails. I can trust that if anything else should happen to my.Ford, I will call Amanda.

The service is excellent!
Terry was professional and courteous. Got an answer for my problem and got me out as fast as possible.
We arrive at 7:15 for oil change and tired ritation, after 2 hours was told we need new windshield wipers back and front and aur filter. We said ok do it, asked how long about half hour she said oh no but one hour later it was done. Another note my wife is handicapped and if she would have been alone would have to walk in rain toget car about 50 to 60 yards., shoukd take notice that at check in to make sure to have car closer.
I’m still concerned about the transmission it makes a hitting noise but mr smiley said that is normal.
Amanda does a fantastic job with the customers.
