Hollie handled my car service request very promptly and my checkout was also very speedy I do request, however, that the service personnel in the shop do restore my radio stations as I had them, and not have me get back in my car to blaring rap music. Additionally, if for any reason the battery is disconnected for service, I would appreciate the mechanic resetting the clock to as it should be. That would be a nice touch for extra customer service and would be noticed by the customers

I did get a rental compliments of Ford and I really appreciated it, but the vehicle was very dirty inside and outside and only a fourth tank of gas in it.

Terry always treats my vehicles as they were his own.He also makes sure I'm aware of what Ford recommends to taken care of when they are due. He also communicates well on progress and other things that he suggests needs attention.

I paid for s service that was suppose to clean corrosion off of Barry terminals. But the metal piece that holds the battery down was full of corrosion. I understand this may have nothing to do with the battery function, I still think an extra few minutes could have been taken to Clean the corrosion off of the part that holds down my brand new battery. Presentation is priceless when it comes to a customer satisfaction. Also, there was oil and grease left all over the door panels and door handles inside of my car.
