I brought my 2017 ford f150 i bought 3 months ago in bc i noticed when i was going to change the oil they had an oil leak where the pan bolted to the motorand they didnt have the right drain plug in they serivced it said i was a quarter low but they adderessed the oil leak said ots not leaking but obviously it is if im low on oil and i got pics of the oil please tell me what are yall going to do to make this right?

Very well satisfied with the service Michael Kriston provided for me. He listened to me about the service I was there for, on the recall of the drive and passenger air bags getting replaced today. Plus why my truck was there at the dealership today to get the airbags replaced, I asked him, if it wasn’t a problem and since my truck was there getting the airbags replaced, did he think he may be able to get my transmission fluid changed for me also, why my truck was there. He said sure, he doesn’t see that being a problem at all. He emailed me from time to time to just let me know the status and how everything was going. I really appreciate him for doing that and keeping up with me, to let me know how things where going. So I picked up my truck this evening, and the service Mike Kriston was able to get done for me was very well appreciated a lot. And he also walked with me to the cashier to let me know about the services that was done, while I was signing release papers and paying the cashier to get my truck. He’s a very good serviceman!

Great guy very informative but I have brought my truck in for the same problem had it greased and lube but the problem continue but mike had them to look at it again and so for it’s working ok now
Once I was there, the experience was amazing. But scheduling the appointment was less so. The woman on the phone could not answer any questions and when I requested a callback from someone who could answer the questions (on parts availability and warranty concerns), she advised she would request one, but it was never received, and I was required to call back multiple times. And the warranty question still wasn't addressed until the day of the service when I was presented with a bill and objected that the particular issue should be under warranty. Again, day of was excellent. But the scheduling staff, not so much.

Brought truck in for recall work. She had the other set of keys which I had not received when I bought it because of the recall. She got me the keys and put with out any issue.
