Please stop sending emails that the vehicle is ready for pickup if it's not. If customers are receiving messages only meant for internal use, it can be very misleading and puts the customer at a disadvantage and inconvenience when returning rental cars and making arrangements to pick up something that is not ready. Bohn is too big of a company to not be able to correct this email error. I took off work and found a ride to pick up a car that wasn't truly ready. All I got was "Oh yeah. Our system does that sometimes. Sorry but you can use our phone if you need to call a ride." Unacceptable!

Smiley was great and recommended that we check the part I wanted to order just to be sure it was needed. Thanks to Smiley’s recommendation I didn’t need that part and actually needed a different part. Excellent service from Bohn Ford. Brandon was also great and explained everything in detail so that I fully understood and saw the broken part I truly needed...Thank them both!!!!

I brought my car in to replace a small part and when it was finished I turned my vehicle on to head home and heard a loud noise coming from where the part was just installed. I went back into the office and was told my advisor had just gone to lunch and they had no availability for the rest of the day so I would have to come back a different day for them to look at the new noise. A noise caused by the work they just completed. So now I'll be spending another afternoon at the Ford Dealer on my weekend because of this.
