Dearry smiley is a pretty good service advisor to me. Would always answer if i has a question. My roush mustang has been sitting in the shop for 54 days: I will never ever buy another roush vehicle again. Those cars are filled with problems and roush is always slow to reply to any fixes.

Terrance's friendly manner, professionalism and thoroughness were beyond reproach and I enjoyed my interaction with him. One small issue I have, which is probably not a reflection on Terrance but more likely an issue with company policy, is as follows:- *I purchased my Roush RS3 on 11/15/2016 *Don Bohn Ford sent me a thank you email on 11/21/2016, and kindly offered to carry out my first oil change free of charge *Roush specification is for FULL SYNTHETIC oil *I was advised at time of payment today that a charge was included to upgrade the oil quality to full synthetic * I was in a hurry for an appointment and did not query this at the time *However, upon reflection I contend that I purchased a Roush RS3 which requires full synthetic oil, my offer of a free oil change was given after my purchase and so the should have included oil of the correct quality by default * I hope that my credit card can be reimbursed the amount charged to upgrade to full synthetic oil Thanks and Regards Lester
