Everything went smoothly and my car was ready quickly. I liked the text messages updating me on the progress.
I bought a used Ford Transit from Leson Chevrolet that is still in warranty. When the rear door locking module malfunctioned, I spoke with Smiley at Don Bohn. Expecting some kind of runaround I was pleasantly surprised with how smooth and seamless was the resolution of my problem. Thanks to my initial experience with Smiley, I plan to use Don Bohn for my Transit servicing. . .oil changes, etc. I'll playmate a little more, but I'll feel assured of high quality service. Smiley is a great asset to your organization.

Terrance explained what was found after doing the inspection on my vehicle. We had an oil change done today. Terrance was very nice and professional.
Holly was very nice and kept us up to date on the progress with the vehicle. She contacted us via phone and text on a regular basis. When the wrong part was ordered, we were informed immediately. The only thing that I would suggest to improve upon would be greeting the customer when they arrive to pick up the vehicle and if the advisors are busy then let the customer know that you will be with them shortly. Overall it was a great experience I can truly say it was a great experience. Thanks Don Bohn Ford!

My service experience on this event was still at the standard Bohn has provided in the past. Terry still continues to ensure that as a customer I was kept up to date during repairs and the time it would take to complete. This has always been a sticky issue with some businesses but Bohn really keeps you involved in your experience. Thank you for for valuing my time as well as the extra steps to follow-up.

I brought the truck to get fixed and picked it up.. and it wasn’t fixed . I’ve spent money on a rental and now it seems i have to bring it back. I’ve decided to just sell the truck because the service ****! So **** off !!!
Did not reset oil change light, did not complete working on the vehicle within the day as I was told when I dropped it off. I was told there was a rental car service but when I needed it it was not available. It costed me $50.00 dollars to uber around. When I picked up the vehicle there was no curtesy wash. However the shuttle driver was really nice
The representative that handle my car services didn't communicate well with me he never called to keep my update on my car. I had to call several times to gets update.
All work requested was completed in a timely manner
