My service rep Smiley was great. However I brought my truck in because my heater was not working and when I got my quote for the costs to fix the radiator which I was told should fix the heater 9 out of 10 times the quote included changing out my windshield washers squirters. This only leads me to believe what else is being included in this repair quote that I don't even know about. I was only told by the mechanic that my hoses were leaking however the entire job included replacing my entire radiator. No one pressure checked my radiator and confirmed that my hoses and RADIATOR was leaking .... The $2900 quote was astronomical and has led me to bring my vehicle to my local trusted mechanic Robotech auto to start with pressure checking my radiator.

I came in at 11:00 am on November 13 2017 the service rep asked if I can come back at 12:30 pm stated no problem came back at 12:30 to be told it won’t be long about an hour I was there for about 2 hours and a half left the service sept got on the Huey P Long bridge for tire lite to come on come to find out the did not air up my tires just rotate them

It’s abundantly clear I’m not welcomed as a customer any longer. I’ve been in at least once and up to twice a month to diagnose a front end noise. I’m either told they don’t have time to get to it and I have to come back or they can’t hear it but never offered to allow me to duplicate the issue with the tech. No worries. I won’t be coming back. You won’t have to deal with me or this POS vehicle any longer. I paid so much money for that vehicle. I can’t get it fix and I can’t gs rid of it. I’m in tears over this. I’ve missed work time to get there and have spent too much time. I’ve contacted Corporate and hopefully the RM will call me today.
