People can handle the truth. In fact, they often would rather hear it. If you tell me it is going to take two hours to fix my car and you come in at the four hour mark and tell me you'll be back in five minutes with an update, I shouldn't have have to hunt you down 45 minutes later for the update. Customer service = non existent. Why do you even let people schedule appointments if you aren't going to look at their vehicles until an hour and a half after the scheduled time? I can handle a wait if it is accompanied by truthful employees. I will be taking my vehicles elsewhere for service in the future.

My Expedition was fixed. The problem I brought it in for was resolved. Smiley kept in communication with me. I have purchased several vehicles from Bohn Ford, and go back to Bohn for most of the repair work.
