Dearry Smiley Jr was very helpful but my car was brought in for an oil change. I asked if the front end can be checked also. The tech did nothing. My truck was there all day and not serviced. This is not acceptable. If I cant trust the dealership who can I trust.

Ford has still never contacted me back about the issues with my car… They said they were looking into it it would notify me immediately it has been over two weeks and I’ve heard nothing… As soon as I get free time I will be contacting the management team and filing a complaint

Mr. Smiley was very nice and attentive to my concerns. After he processed my service order and I went to the waiting room, I realized my phone needed to be charged and I asked Mr. Smiley can I get my charger out of the car and he offered his charger but it wasn't the same as minds. Therefore, he asked the worker to retrieve my charger and bring to me and I want to thank him and the worker.
