So now I have to make another trip across the river once the part comes in.
Hollie was great, but the balancing of my new tires sucked! Had to get them rebanced at walmart for $40. The old weights weren't removed. Just added weights to original weight. I even know that's not how you balance tires. If you wanted me satisfied, it would've been done right the first time. Went to Walmart because obviously you can't do it right! Want to satisfy me? Reimburse my extra cost! I have the receipt.

Sabrina did very good but my problem is with the service and lies when I first purchase my vehicle with bohn ford, they told me I have 60,000 miles on warranty true bonh ford and I purchase 60,000 milesextended warranty wish I was told was going to get in place after.
