My truck spent over over four days for a speed sensor and Don Bohn Ford couldn't get the job done. Im unimpressed with their service its terrible! I rather go to a street mechanic than to trust them again.....the worst. The customer service is okay, but the mechanically service is horrible....

There remains no visible, recognizable process for customer to know how to check in or pick up vehicle for service. You stand outside or walk into building and stand there, everyone ignores you. Whats new, nothing, continued poor service. Service advisor goes from devil to saint when they start talking to you about filling out survey.
