Hollie explained to me the solution to my problems scheduling me to return the next day to have my other problems solved. I have a nail in my tire and explained to Hollie that I have road hazard she told me that I did not so after I returned home I checked and found the paperwork noting that I do have road hazard that I paid $495.00 for this service so I need you to resolve this problem with my tire so I did have tire tire repaired once by your service department and now I’m being told I don’t have the road hazard coverage .
