Yes I was happy with the service that was provided and the notifications of the equipment up dates on my truck. Mr. Smiley attended to everything that my truck needed to be done. Again excellent service.

First off i got one price for my parts and was told it would be ready in 3 days well it turn into two weeks for the parts to come in. then after i paid for that i had to pay for service then i was told after that i had to paid today for something else it’s just to much with Ford y’all have to do better. Melvin was great with me and very helpful but it was to much

Service was great, Smiley was very professional and was the first person to greet everyone that entered the building. Other service guys and women was just looking at the computer screen poor customer service as always. I have been to the service department twice and Smiley always was the first to help why others just looked like whatever. This is my second review about the same thing. Smiley was an outstanding guy to work with I’ll be back just because of him.

A number of questionable "add-on" items were presented to me for possible extra work, including which was to replace my wiper blades "because the existing ones streaked". I know this not to be true as I had just changed the blades literally the week before. (Funny that this item did not make the final version of those pointed out to me on my receipt.) Also, I had been quoted the price of The Works package to be $29.95 by the Chat Person I communicated with..it wasn't until I got home that I realized I had been charged $39.95. I hope the dealership enjoys the little money made off of me, because it is the last time I will set foot there, no matter what.

I brought my car in to have the car alarm system checked out and they give me a quote with 2400 worth of fixing on my car. I brought it to my Trusted mechanic and he couldn’t find anything wrong with my car besides the car alarm. I don’t think this was very professional, honest work. Will not be taking my ford to the dealership again.
