Have been going to Nissan of Irvine for the maintenance of my 2017 Frontier since I bought it there. Always basically have had the same service associate for the whole time. He has recently retired and Juan Alvarado was new to me. The service he offered was seamless and I am totally satisfied with the way I was treated. All my experiences at the dealership has been positive.

Amed was very friendly and confirmed everything I needed done. My feedback is having to pay $9 extra for using my credit card vs. my debt. It has nothing to do with Amed, however I just wanted bring it up. I don't think that's right. I never recieve discount coupons in mail from Nissan to save $ on service. I may need to look around for deals in other places. Keep up the good service Amed.

I asked for my car to be charged after the service was done, and even said that I’d come hours later to pick it up as a ‘late pick up’ and my car was just left parked outside of service at 4pm closing time without even an effort to charge it.
