No one went over my multi point inspection with me. It was on the floor board of my car on the passenger side. I only saw it because my daughter stepped on it and I asked her to hand it to me but that was like 7:45 that night. When I looked at it I noticed there was a oil leak AGAIN! This car is only two years old!! So I had to call, I was already in a loaner and now I have to come back in, get another loaner and they have to see what’s wrong with it again. This should have been addressed and reviewed before he called to say my car was ready. He applogized but this is frustrating. Also the allignment is off and the battery may need to be replaced. Again, not addressed before pick up.

I could never get Stacy in Aftermarket Parts to call me back. Very poor communication. Also, my contact info continues to be wrong in your system. No matter how many times over the years I give you contact info, you never correct in your system.
