We ended up having to purchase a replacement wheelchair for Christmas day and the day after due to inaccurate update from John Duggan regarding times for Christmas Eve hours and misinformation on status of van being ready. Previous to this time, service has been good. What has happened is a horrible ding to Crossley Ford.

As far as my recall service i was completely satisfied but the way my oil change was handled totally sucked. I showed up to have the oul changed on my other car and. It got the oil changed on it first even though my truck was already sitting there waiting when ee got there. The whole experience was not good.
