The service renewed the rear axle brakes to like new condition, including flexible hoses. The brakes had a good feel to them while driving home. Without climbing under the truck, I can’t tell you any more. John did a good job passing my concerns and keeping me informed.

First off the customer service was great however for some reason they put the order under the incorrect name. They put it under my fiancé’s sister not his nor my name which made it difficult to get the process going due to them not being able to find the paper work. My name is not Meghan it is Mackenzie. It would be great to put things under the correct name for the future.
