When I first spoke with Bryan and described the problem I was having, he immediately knew what the problem was, what it was going to take to fix it, and how long I would be without my vehicle. He got service scheduled right away, even though it was Christmas Eve, and everything went very smoothly. GREAT JOB!

The repairs should have been verified that they have been completed and everything was working correctly . Also , any vehicle that is serviced should be sent back to the customer clean . At JOE Myers FORD , they always made sure the vehicles were washed and clean before presenting them back to the owners . OTHER than that , the service adviser and the other persons were very nice and professional .

Had a scheduled appointment. 6 people with out appointments were helped before me. Didn’t get help until I complained. Did make it right in the end but very unhappy about the process.
