I had a problem with one of my tires and getting a replacement was a challenge. My original service advisor could not seem to think outside the box to resolve my issue. I asked her to have one of the managers call me the next day but never received a call back. So I had to initiate a call back towards the end of the next day. He was able to resolve my issue in an efficient time line. He was definitely customer focused and what I expect from a **** Hannah dealership.
Jeff did a wonderful job of keeping me informed about my car's progress. I really appreciated it. He is really concerned about his customer's needs.
