Chuck is professional, predictable, quality driven, knowledgeable, and courteous. The overall cross-team communication (from varying levels) in the Service Department all seemed to be in lock-step with one another, which was refreshing. Thank you for being on top of your game!

Cost was double the estimate, got charged for stuff that I didn’t need replaced. All brand new gaskets with less than 10 miles on them. Austin is really nice and helpful but I am incredibly upset about the work done.

I wasn’t notified about the recommended service air cleaning replacement and fuel system cleaning until my oil change was done, which was almost two hours of waiting.

I was surprised when my car was returned that the oil life still read 20%. The person said that the work was done and that the mechanics forgot to reset the meter but it made me feel uncomfortable since the work "was done" in less than an hour. I hope it got really done :-). BTW, they rest the oil life to 100 % quickly which also made me feel that the meter does not actually measure oil life as it can be rest easily regardless.

She was completely rude from the second I pulled up and argued with me and basically called me a liar. After she pulled the recoding from the girl I spoke with on the phone before I went in and said it was different then what I said and then when she asked if I would like to listen to it I said yes because I know what I asked and what she said. I even verified it with her after she answer and she had told me the same thing twice. She then back tracked and didn’t play it because she knew I was right, but never admitted I was right. I scheduled an appointment to go back and see Shawn. Awful customer service yet again. Shawn is the only person I get great customer service every time. I will NOT be working with Michele in the future.
