gary Was great. He explained everything to me so I could understand. The problem was that when I got to me apt. No one new I even had one. So as a result no one new I needed a car to drive back to Portland. That was inconvenient. That’s all. It all turned out ok in the end. Thank you.

Car was not washed when we picked it up. We were given a coupon to go through a car wash on our own time. Not okay. Especially since I specifically asked them to wash it for us. This was my 16 year old daughter’s car and her first day of junior year and first time being able to drive to school was the next day. Also, was unaware that an oil change would cost just under $100. Even after I showed them a coupon for a first time oil change, was just told it was for non synthetic oil only. He didn’t even offer me the synthetic oil change coupon, which was just below the other one online. I had to go back in and ask why I couldn’t use that coupon for this oil change. He did change it for me, but I shouldn’t have even had to ask. He also said I could use the coupon, but he’d have to add another quart of oil to get the deal. Only saved me $10, but that’s better than almost $100 total. Very disappointed. Only poor experience so far at a **** Hannah dealer. This experience was not handled by Ryan. It was another service writer that checked us out. Ryan was very nice though.

There was $ 180.91 withdrawn from my account for service on the 28th August that same date i came into the service center and paid $167.20 for that same service. When can i expect my refund?

Everything was excellent! Service was professional , warm, friendly and accurate regarding time estimates. I loved the text method of communicating. Facilitating transportation was also absolutely clutch!
