He is thorough explaining what needs to be done at the time, what needs to be done at a future appointment, the time needed to complete the work & the expected cost of the scheduled work. Continuing issues with voice recognition system that remain not addressed in spite of bringing it to service's attention since the car was acquired
I was given a time to come and pick up my car but when I arrived it was not ready. It had not been communicated with me that it would not be ready until the following day.
Ryan was incredibly helpful. He answered every question I had in a timely manner and got my car back to me quickly and running great. I’m extremely happy with my entire experience and it’s all thanks to Ryan.

My appointment was originally aug 2nd but I was called to reschedule after waiting a week that my fender wasn’t painted yet
So I came in today for service and was told the day before that my fender still wasn’t painted
I was told it’s because you moved your paint shop and didn’t make arrangements to handle your work load
I am extremely dissatisfied
I pre pay for services and expect them on the day I schedule
It’s not Vlad’s fault, but ....
He's always super helpful and friendly.
