I waited over an hour to get my oil changed, I asked to have a noise checked out with no report. And they didn’t close the hood to my car when they were done. This caused my auto stop/start to not work, giving me a service notification.

I asked for a oil change and I got a oil change and a 20k maintenance service I didn’t ask for. And your service person didn’t ask if I wanted to do the 20k maintenance service. They just rabbled off a bunch of stuff my wife doesn’t know about. She just thought she was getting a oil change. Which also took a lot longer time she was not prepared for.
I was told 2.5 hrs and a total of $450. When it came
Time to pay the bill, it was over 4 hrs later and almost $600. Staff had time to
Go sit in lunch room by client waiting area but never told me it was going to take more time. Also never told of extra charges. When I asked the staff to honor their quote, staff became argumentative and nasty. Not even close to “we believe in nice” logo printed on everything. Asked car to be locked when parked outside the garage and was assured it would be. Twice it was unlocked. Staff never apologized for their actions or language or the way they treated me. Device score on a scale of one to ten with ten being highest...I would give them a negative five! Not good at all!!!!
