When I first show up at my appointment last week it wasn't on the books somehow and then when I made my appointment for today I had set it for 10am I got a text saying it was for 8:15... And then it still took almost 2 hours for an appointment?!

This was an easy and great experience. The LYFT return link for a flexible ride didn’t work for me. Gary was very helpful, kind, attentive to my concerns.

After purchasing a vehicle and an engine light going on I was concerned but you made it right and fixed it at no cost. I also appreciated having it delivered because I had spent quite a bit of time traveling already. Only thing that could have been improved was a full tank of gas.

Ryan is always super cool and really thorough with everything and explains everything very well .... pretty much the whole volkswagen staff is very nice to me and helpful everytime i go in there.. i feel like there is always at least 2 staff members there that will offer me a job or tell me that i should come work for Volkswagen... haha... anyways... always a pretty good expereince tho when i go there.... thanks again

Vehicle was brought in for lack of cold air from the a/c unit. Said they recharged it seemed okay but I used it just today and it's just not blowing cold like it used to before the 80k service. I really, really need you guys to fix this problem.
