Mostly satisfied, I had my car taken back earlier than appointment time so that was a good start, but would’ve been nice to have been given a time estimate on the appointment. And one issue I brought the car in for—a slowly leaking tire was not addressed at checkout, I had to ask about its status and it took a while to get a response

I dropped my car off at 1030 am, took the Lyft provided by the dealership ship. I was told I would be contacted through out the day via text or call. I didn't hear a thing untill 5 minutes to close when I had my wife drive to pay and pick up the keys because I was stuck at work. Had I been contacted throughout the day as I was told I would be,my wife and I could have made better arrangements. Rather then the chaotic last minute before close "how am I going to get my car so I can drive home later that night". I think the sticker shock of a $500 dollar bill to tell us there is a $1300 problem would have been mitigated by better communication. I've been a long time fan of the dealership. Today was certainly an off day and was managed poorly.
