Tire pressure light came on a mile or so when I left service center. I would think they’d check tire pressure as part of the $300 charge! Also, it seems like my side mirror blind spot lights aren’t working now - not sure though. Will have to drive more to see.
Very helpful and knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied that he followed thru with my concern of the traction issue.

The problem was not solved. In fact it was worse when I left. I was charged $200 and told if I wanted them to try something else I should come back and pay again. When I was told my car was ready I waited at least 15 minutes standing in the garage waiting for it to be brought around. Not the usual standard of care I get from Hannah.
Ryan is keeping me informed, and I am confident my car will be fixed.
Once again Ryan went the extra mile with a great attitude to boot!
Comparing this experience to my last three, it was not consistent and took very long. I was also charged for one additional day ($25), although I was told it was available at 5pm, and couldn't make it there in an hour. I had a feeling this time was going to be different from the start though. The online submission was different and not as helpful as my past experiences. When I arrived in the morning, I was asked to park my car again after already parking, and usually I am out within a few minutes with the rental. This time took 20 minutes and reconfirming everything I already entered online. I also mentioned I just want the same thing as twice before. I was looking forward to re-leasing as the service has been outstanding and something I've bragged about, but now I am not so sure. The service was not consistent this time.

Drop off n walked out at 10:30am promised to be ready by 12pm- I called the service center at 12:31pm she said she was about to call me about the delay and I must wait because it was not done and finally she called me at 13:23pm and said the car was ready- three HOURS??? For the OIL CHANGE? What’s more ridiculous is that she did not update me anything regarding my car- as well as no simple indication(usually technician put some kind of sticker on the windshield with he serviced date n next possible service date) none of that- now I do not even know if that car was serviced or not- the worst experience ever, for sure I am not going back there- and no apologies, when I said I was quite upset with the delay she said “sorry we had some issues with technicians” @@ and I am supposedly all understanding about my three hours wasted there n no stickers on my windshield??? Horrible and very unprofessional service - never recommend it to no one I know-
