My car was brought in to have the heater restored back to normal because the heat wasn't what the factory had it at before the accident I was in, (mowing over a flailing deer laying in the road). The deer did lower front-end damage and managed to snap the lower radiator hose housing right off the radiator. I took the car to Ron's Automotive and they discovered the water pump propeller had been chipped and it was replaced.
The car was returned with insufficient heat at midnight. I drove to the airport and back with freezing cold temperatures in the cabin. Water temp normal zone. I returned to Ron's and they said they were not sure if it's something they can fix. I took the car to **** Hannah VW and a week later I received the car back.
The issue I'm having:
Driving at night time the heater starts blowing cooler air when it's on max hot setting while not having the air conditioner/defrost on.
Make Note that I am not upset with any service. And the heat is better then what Ron's Automotive could do. But the heat won't even chap my lips like it used to. When you know somethings not right you fight for it. It's not what it used to be. I really think a heater core intake flow and exit flow needs to be thermally tested to determine proper flow is going threw the heater core. I think some shrapnel from the radiator housing chipped the water pump and allowed pieces to clog the heater core.
This is at least the 3rd time I have had to deal with this heat issue. 2 times from Ron's Automotive and once from you guys. I am afraid what my insurance is gonna say if I raise this issue anymore.
What is my next step?
Vw tag on mt engine cover was missing and I didnt get a new window sticker. I might of read the paperwork wrong but I thought it said my car got vacuumed but it did not. Other than that exceptional work!

I’ll be 100% honest , at first I was excited and happy to buy a new car for my first time ever. I had my dad co sign and things just couldn’t have been better..... but then I was wrong.... In my first 10 months I have gone back to Volkswagen Vancouver 8 or 10 times if you count the times I went and left that place.
The first problems started when the guy in charge of signing the papers couldn’t do his job correctly the first two times and had me go back to sign the papers 3 times before he got it right. That was really inconvenient but I really wanted the car so I had to sign for it. Then just a few months later the car has 4 recalls and had to go to the service center to be taking care of. I got the call after taking it and saying the car was fixed in some areas but some parts still needed to be ordered and wait for deliver. And that’s fine with me I understand but still inconvenient.. so anyways i wait the 7-10 days and then go back to get my car fixed. I get a call saying it was all done and go pick up the car. Take off and drive the car for about a day or two and the engine light came back on. I called and took car back once again.. and I know that nobody sees the picture from my eyes but I have a 2 months old baby and two other kids and I bought a new car so I wouldn’t have to worry and my worry became a reality.. I didn’t have my new car for my new baby available...... I had to ask for rides and pay people gas for giving me rides to Volkswagen. They checked the car and said the cat cav. Is bad and had to be ordered and would take 7-10 days. So I go pick the car up and take it home. I then take it back 10 days later and get the cat. Cav. Fixed from what I was hoping. But they called me saying the part came in wrong and had to be re-ordered and installed again.
They only replaced my part in 2 days because they noticed I was really upset. And said (we can pull some strings And get the part in sooner then 7-10 days)
How come they couldn’t have done something like this the first few times instead of wasting my time and money.
I picked up the car and it’s running good and I hope for the best now but my experience has been bad and for my first time buying a new car it has been the worst start to trying to do the right thing.
I don’t want money or anything. My experience is more than enough and I most likely won’t be buying a Volkswagen again. And when it comes to **** Hannah I’ll be trying other dealers before I make my way back to any **** Hanna dealership. I feel like I could have been taken care of much faster and not have been made drive back and forth to the dealership so much.
My only other option to not go back and forth so much was to leave my car each time for the 7-10 days each time and that was not realistic for me and my family.
I still appreciate you guys giving me a chance and I hope maybe somewhere in the long future I will do business again.
I know that the world won’t see this and that’s not my goal either otherwise I would have left a bad review already on BBB but your work and car speak for them selfs in my opinion.

I came in around 8am as I had a large object in my tire. Not only did your staff fix it with no appointment, they fixed my tire in a short period of time, no charge and the customer service was excellent. Thank you Heather

I cannot be made to wait all day long to get my car initially looked at. Came at 10.45am. Car not looked at till about 4pm from my estimation. Car parts not there. Other things I asked about keep keeping missed (other electronics discussed too, no?). Seems like Vlad is fantastic. You guys are understaffed though. Going back multiple times for something is unacceptable. Keeps happening. We are coming from far away and truly work far way. Logistics make weekdays impossible. A loaner for the day is not the answer. That would be worse...two days with the darn repair is what I try to avoid. check how many times I am coming on repeated Saturdays for resolution. Thank you for all this but I can't keep getting bumped around.
