Car was brought in for an EPC light being on and off. Nobody addressed this issue, only mentioned the check engine light would come on due to misfire and carbon build up. The print out with the job description mentioned nothing about an EPC light.
Car went into the shop with the check engine light OFF came back to me with it on.
My tires didnt get rotated. We had it scheduled too. Also 3 times on my statement t it said they vacuumed my front. No signs of it being done. I also waited 2.5 hours for the service for them to come out and tell me my car needed to stay for a small hole And that I could use a loaner. Wish this could of been seen earlier
