The **** Hannah service team was friendly and effecient. I was able to drop my car off and get back to work quickly. My car was ready for pick up in just a few hours. When I picked up my car it was very clean and the inside look like it had been detailed. I will for sure be back in another 10,000 miles. :)

I came in to have my cruise control fixed and it was not done. They said it was fixed, but it wasn't. Very disappointed. I called and left a message, but got no response so I to call back again. I don't plan on returning to this dealership again. $200 oil change (20,000 mile service) and couldn't fix an issue under warranty. I live 45 minutes away. Not convenient to just pop in. Need a reliable service department!

My husband took my car in for the scheduled service. He was in the waiting room for 2 hours and was not updated on when the service would Be completed. When he finally inquired for the second time he learned the car had been completed nearly 30 minuets earlier. The service itself was great.

So far, I am completely satisfied with the work performed as I have experienced no issues. My two complaints: 1. Lack of communication: I received no updates on the readiness of my vehicle until prompted by me. Even then, it was unclear whether it would be ready that evening or the following morning. 2. Vehicle not ready to be driven away: I specified a loose timeframe for my arrival once the work was complete. I did arrive at the tail end of this timeframe, but even so, I should not have had to wait 20 minutes for the vehicle to be brought around to me after concluding my business with my service advisor. It was apparently blocked in by three other vehicles. I would have expected the car to either be already parked in front, ready to be driven away, or immediately retrievable from the lot. Thankfully, I had the time to spare, but I was still displeased by the delay.

After a string of terrible interactions with **** Hannah VW Portland on Burnside, Vlad and the team at **** Hannah VW Vancouver were great. The Portland store could take some serious lessons from the Vancouver shop. Thanks Vlad for the kind service; I will never return to the Portland store but I will make the extra drive and return to Vancouver.

Gary was great as always, ensuring that my car, which I brought in on an emergency basis without an appointment (Crank Sensor), was repaired properly and efficiently on a Saturday afternoon--thanks Gary! My only negative comment concerns the young fellow who brought my car round after it had been repaired: having left the car at an awkward angle facing the exterior roll-up doors (I had to turn the car around myself), he then proceeded to turn the ignition key ON while the car was running, grinding the starter. When I asked him if he knew what the noise was, he replied "No I don't" and simply walked into the building without even apologizing. Someone needs to teach this person some manners, and also how to drive a car; at present, his conduct is an embarrassment to **** Hannah VW. Thank you for your consideration of my comments.
