I’m 100% satisfied with Gary in the service dept, but I’m not satisfied at all with the fact that my 2004 VW Touareg is still having the same issues it did before I brought in to be serviced.

-Took way longer than initial estimate -Said they vacuumed floorboards, yet it does not look like it at all -Took the guy 20 minutes to pull the car around -Lack of concern for one’s time by the guy who pulled the car around. He laughed and said “sorry for the wait”. There is no reason it should take that long to pull the car around. Not professional at all. I thought about trading my car in, but definitely going to look elsewhere now

Vlad was so sweet,kind, and informative. He was just a nice guy and really professional. I felt like he went above and beyond especially in comparison to the service I received throughout the continental US. VW should be very excited to have him working as their employee and part of the vw family. It was a pleasure to work with everyone and thanks Vlad for taking care of me :-)

There was a misunderstanding. When I asked when my vehicle would be ready, I was told around 2:00 pm. I was needing to get to work, so I arranged for my vehicle to be taken to Les Schwab. He then called me back and when I told him I was having it taken elsewhere he seemed a little upset. Not overtly, but not really happy. I was able to have my tires done for less money and it was completed by 10:00 am.

Your whole service VW dept is awesome! From the ladies on the phone to my mechanic Gary today! He and I hit it off and I have every faith in him and feel he’s quite competent. I had a very good experience. I just kick myself in the **** I didn’t buy fromyou..... instead of Herzog Rip Off Meier! My credit score was in the mid 800’s and they treated me like I was lucky they were selling me a car! I had a Very Nice Hummer in good condition! Pardon my French but...... they were dicks! Sincerely, MM ????
