Service was excellence. Ryan Wade & his team are the best. Problem encountered when scheduling appt. I called rather than online schedule appt. I asked if she could check to see what annual servicing was due so I could better plan my wait time & total expense. Was told to just come in for oil change & make another appt if needed. This is not the way it has been handled the past 7 years. I ended up spending 3 hrs waiting & cost was $400. I expected this was going to happen. Ryan apologized & said call was not handled appropriately.

The last two times I’ve had the oil changed in my car - when I pick it up there are tacky oil finger prints all over the car! On the windshield, on the outside by the doors.... I know it’s a dirty environment, but it shouldn’t be like that. I took my daughters car to Jiffy Lube the day before I got my oil changed at **** Hannah and hers didn’t look like that. A bit disappointed.

Vlad was very enthusiastic. Unfortunately, the source of my mechanical problems was not discovered. My axle bolts we’re replaced and retightened but my problem was not solved. No one has been able to find the source of my driveline noise. That is very disappointing. I thought a certified vw mechanic might be able to accurately diagnose This problem.

They removed my air filter during an oil change and didn’t clamp it back down. I’m hoping the rest of the service was completed and there aren’t any unhooked pugs, etc. I bring my car to **** Hannah because I expect the service is better from a dealer. These kind of mishaps are unacceptable.

I loved the addition in a free car wash which saved me time. However, it said that the front floor boards were vacuumed, but that didn't seem to be the case unless something unseen was vacuumed
