Change oil sticker on the window would have been nice. And knowing about the car wash too. Otherwise, truly exceptional.

Vlad went above and beyond to make sure my car was serviced. The **** Hannah near me wanted me to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, but Vlad looked up my VIN, saw there was an upcoming recall for the problem part and got me in right away. I would have been carless for 2 weeks had he not been so efficient and helpful. Also, everyone there was friendly an dinformative.

i brought in the warranty paper but i ended up paying full price . i asked what our warranty covers and he said that it doesn’t cover any maintenance , oil changes...only if factory parts brake . i left and called my husband, my husband said we should have oil changes covered! so i went back and talk to him and he explained to me what we’re not covered for again . my husband called the warranty agency and they said we do have maintenance, oil changes coverage and they will mail us a check for $40 . they also said that nobody called them from the dealer to verify what our policy covered.

I requested with Tyan that my hood not be slammed shut, as it moves the latch and then it cannot b locked closed. It had been slammed closed, admitted by the lot porter, and I had to drive home with it like that before I could get my tools to fix it.

In the first line of report it says you vacuumed floorboards. Thats not accurate and I wonder what else wasn’t completed but checked off. Its hard as a customer to know or check what was actually completed and i put a lot of faith in the servicer. Its a lot of money for a simple multipoint inspection.
Everyone was very friendly, no problems there!
But they said it was a 90 minute appointment and ended up being an extra hour. Just be nice to have a quicker appointment. :)
Ryan is thorough and professional. He gladly answered all my questions. I had an excellent experience with him.
My receipt said the floor boards were vacuumed and the windshield was washed and it does not appear to have been done to me. I called and left a voicemail, but no one has called me back yet. Also, the sticker was not updated and replaced to let me know when the next oil change is supposed to be. I took a picture of the floor boards when I got home the night of the 14th if someone needs to see it. Thank you for your time.

This was a simple oil change. I was there on time for my 8:30 appointment. The car was not ready until 10:15 after I complained about the long wait.
Since the tech did not see anything unusual with it, this must be routine procedure.
Why should I come back, if I get an oil change in a fraction of the time much closer to home at a lesser price?
