Vlade saved the day for me x 2 answered my phone call last night I kept me from ruining my engine + got me a courtesy tow into your service center + was able to combined the repairs in with my 60K service to save me about $150.00 ... a true HERO!!!

Vlad greeted me this morning and took care of the intake paper work. He answered all my questions which helped me feel comfortable leaving my car for repair. When I later returned, Ryan worked with me, explaining the work done on my car. Both Ryan and Vlad were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As a 70 year old widow, I appreciate the respect I was shown.

My only concern is that I had an appointment at 9:3 and my car was not attended to until 11:15. I work 14 days on, one day off and made it clear I wanted the appointment honored and completed ASAP. Also, my parking pass was damaged during this service causing me to have to spend an hour this morning getting a new one.

I bought my 2013 Fiat 500C Lounge from your Volkswagen dealership in Vancouver. I purchased the car in 2016. Since then, I have loyally returned to you for oil changes. Until this last visit, I have always had great service. Upon arrival, I mentioned to the young woman checking me in that I had something leaking from the front right area in the front of the car. She advised me tbey would do a visual check to see if they could give me an idea of the problem. I understood. I was advised that the wait would be a minimum of 2 hrs. Typical, if not longer, on all my visits...When was car was done, I went to the garage area to pay with the same person. She was vert curt, dismissive,and condescending. I asked about the leak and she said my coolant was low, but, they couldn't fill it, as they didn't carry it. Fair. I asked again, in a different way, if the tech had any idea on the leak. She repeated, a minimum of 5 times, "the coolant is low" to any questions I had, as she spoke to me in a very dismissive way. Very frustrating, especially after the long wait. I asked her if I should make an appt.to have it checked. She said they only work on used cars,like Fiat, once or twice a year. I asked if I should take it elsewhere, and I was informed that was a good plan. My final comments, where to the fact that I just wasted my time being loyal to the **** Hannah organization..Again, a dismissive, blank stare, was my answer. I won't be back, and I certainly won't recommend, **** Hannah. Susan H
